So, things are a little on the frantic side here this week, and le blog is suffering, I know. The reason? It's Darling!
Yep, another selling event - my last of 2010 - and one that's taking me a good few hours away from home for the weekend. It should be pretty exciting, especially as we'll be surrounded by Bath's busy Christmas markets, which everyone assures me are quite something (and it seems like everyone except me already knew that). If you're in the area, or visiting to go to the markets, do sidle up to my little corner in the Guildhall on Sunday and say . . . well, you could say 'hello Clementine', but that would be both cheesy and kind of awkward, since I'm not actually called Clementine. But saying 'hello' would be greatly appreciated. If you're around on Saturday, rather than Sunday, you might want to do the same to Gabrielle, who's taking The Green Gables to Bath for the day, too.
And speaking of my uber-talented chum, today is Thursday, which means Palette Pingpong. You know you love it. This week, I was the evil challenger, and picked this decidedly non-evil image for Gabrielle.
It's from one of the loveliest Flickr streams I've stumbled on in quite a while, Trisha Brink Designs, and I honestly can't urge you strongly enough to go and take a browse. But not until after you've hopped over to The Green Gal to see what Gabs has conjured up by way of a palette and something pretty.
If, by any chance, you're still in a surfing mood once you get back here, you might also want to take a quick look at the interview I did for the It's Darling blog earlier this week. It includes revelations such as my favourite kind of cake and how I'd most like to spend Christmas, so if you've ever wondered . . .
x
